APS Comprehensive Energy Assessment now only $99

• APS customers only - provides $1,000 incentives available only after performance of an assessment
  

This assessment will include:

An audit of the Heating/AC system, ductwork, insulation and building envelope.

• Perform a blower door test for air infiltration
• Duct Leakage test
• Combustion Safety Testing (CO and venting)
• Replace up to 10 incandescent light bulbs with energy efficient CFL bulbs
• Install 2 low flow faucet aerators, 1 low flow kitchen aerator, and a low flow shower head
• Provide you with a final comprehensive home assessment report with recommendations, costs and savings.

The retrofit measures above are installed during the assessment and are included in the $99. If the APS customer gets an assessment, they become qualified for $1,000 in incentives:

• $250 for Duct Sealing
• $250 for Air Sealing
• $250 for Insulation
• $250 for Shade screens

Comprehensive Energy Audit - $399 (over 2000 sq ft, add $0.10 per sq ft) Non-APS Customers

Includes Energy Conservation Assessment plus:

• Building leakage testing
• HVAC & ductwork inspection
• Window performance evaluation
• Computer modeling of home or business energy usage
• Cost/Benefit Improvement Analysis
• Technical support for energy & water issues for the life of your home

With each completed audit, you will receive a detailed action plan report which identifies the potential improvements, prioritized by both energy savings and payback period.

If you choose, you will also receive detailed instructions on how to make some of the repairs yourself. Repairs can also be completed by ReGroup or the repair service of your choice. If ReGroup completes the repairs, post improvement testing is included in the price of repairs. If another repair service is used, ReGroup can validate their work with a Post Improvement Test-Out for only $149.
